Personal Training

Eric is a certified Weight Trainer with the BCRPA. He combines this with his Yoga Alliance credential and his post-secondary study of anatomy and physiology to offer some high-quality fitness training. Many of his clients have diverse abilities, or more than five decades of life experience.

He specializes in functional strength and flexibility programs that can be done at home with little to no equipment. He'll show you how to work out with maximum efficiency, safety and results, and support and motivate you every step of the way.
